Return And Refund Policy

At Juicy Couture New, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help. The following return and refund policy applies to all purchases made through juicycouturenew.com.


1. Return Window

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

👉 Note: We do not charge restocking fees.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective product, damage during delivery, or an incorrect item shipped, Aurevialab will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (such as sizing issues, change of mind, or preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


4. How to Start a Return

  • Please contact us at info@juicycouturenew.com to request a return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

    A return shipping label is a prepaid document (usually a PDF file) that contains the carrier’s barcode and shipping information. You can download it from the email we provide, print it out at home, and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@juicycouturenew.com We will resolve the issue promptly by arranging a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.


7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
